Welcome to my website.
This website is a chronicle of my creative journey through graduate school in search of a Masters Degree in Fine Arts – I'm now in my second year and plan to slow walk my way toward graduation. I'm having way too much fun to rush through it. As a grad student, I love the challenge of creating seriously good art and being around other artists who have that creative fire in their spirit.
As a mixed media artist, I work in oils, watercolor, ink, acrylic, textiles and found objects. My approach defies traditional categories, but defines my vision of storytelling through art. In fact, to clarify the creative process, I've added the planning and process behind each piece in the Artworks section of this website.
I'm especially pleased to share with you the new series I've begun: "Wise Women."
